Specialty Courses - Individual Training

Sometimes we find that an employer has a staff member who seems to be getting noticed more for their poor driving (speeding fines, road rage, crashes, etc) than for their work results! This may even happen after the employee has attended a driving course but obviously the root cause of the problem is deeper than our group Drive to Arrive course can identify.

As such we can provide one-on-one training for staff who may require a little more direct attention. This can also include on road observation & assessment so that they are being viewed in their usual driving environment. This individual training format really does help to indentify problems and improve behavior.

We also develop specific training for groups based on requirements. For example we provide car park training to a company that was having too many small but costly crashes in their staff carpark. We can arrange trailer/caravan training, 4WDrive programs, vehicle specific training, etc.
